Using ManageMyGarage

ManageMyGarage is supplied as licensed software for running your garage: bookings, jobs, customers, pricing and follow-up. What you can access depends on the plan you've taken out with us.

By using the software, you agree to these terms on behalf of your garage.

Your account and your data

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information your team enters, and for keeping login details secure. Any customer or vehicle data you put into the system stays yours. We process it to run the service for you and don't use it for anything else.

Fair use

The software is provided for running a garage business. Please don't use it to send anything unlawful, misleading or unwanted, and don't try to interfere with the service or access parts of it you're not entitled to.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed as set out when you sign up. We'll give you notice before any price change takes effect on your renewal.

Keeping the service running

We aim to keep ManageMyGarage available and working properly, and we support every garage that uses it. Occasionally we'll need to carry out maintenance or updates, and we'll try to keep any disruption to a minimum.

Ending your subscription

You can cancel your plan in line with the notice period agreed when you signed up. If you cancel, you can ask us to export your data before your account closes.

Liability

We do our best to keep the software accurate and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be fault-free at all times. We're not liable for losses arising from things outside our reasonable control.
