Who we are

ManageMyGarage is the data controller for this website and the ManageMyGarage software. We're based at Railton Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 9JX. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, contact us at hello@managemygarage.co.uk or 01483 359480.

What we collect

When you enquire, book a demo, or fill in a form on this site, we collect the details you give us: name, garage name, email, phone number and anything you tell us about what you need.

If your garage uses ManageMyGarage, we also process the customer, vehicle and job data your team enters into the system, and basic usage data such as logins and pages visited, so we can run the service and keep it working properly.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to enquiries, set up demos, run the software for garages that use it, and send service updates. We'll only send marketing emails where we have a lawful basis to do so, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We don't sell your data to anyone.

Sharing your data

We share data with the suppliers we need to run the service: hosting providers, and, where a garage has connected them, accounting tools like Xero or QuickBooks, and messaging providers used to send email, SMS or WhatsApp reminders. Each of these is bound by its own data protection agreement with us.

We don't share your data with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Keeping your data safe

We keep data for as long as you're a customer, or as long as needed to answer an enquiry, and delete or anonymise it once it's no longer needed, unless we're required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch using the details above and we'll sort it. If you're not happy with how we've handled something, you can also raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
