Accounts that keep themselves up to date
Connect Xero or QuickBooks and finished invoices push across as drafts automatically. No spreadsheet exports. No retyping into a second system at night.

Accounts software
Pick the one your accountant already uses
Most independent garages are already on Xero or QuickBooks. ManageMyGarage talks to both, so you do not have to change how the books are done.
Most UK garagesFinished jobs become Xero drafts automatically, so the books stay in step with the workshop. Your accountant works in Xero as they always have. You stop typing the same invoice twice.
- ● Invoices push across as drafts, ready to check
- ● Customer details travel with the invoice
- ● VAT lines stay as you set them in the job
Intuit QuickBooksThe same automatic push into QuickBooks. Month end is checking drafts, not re-keying every job from a printed invoice or a spreadsheet.
- ● Draft invoices created from completed jobs
- ● No CSV export, no copy and paste
- ● Your accountant stays in QuickBooks
How it works
Set it up once. Then invoices look after themselves.
01
Connect the account
On the walkthrough we hook ManageMyGarage up to your Xero or QuickBooks file. You approve the connection. Nothing gets posted until you say so.
02
Finish the job as normal
Book it, do the work, raise the invoice in ManageMyGarage. Same as you would on paper, only it already lives against the customer and the vehicle.
03
It lands as a draft
The invoice appears in Xero or QuickBooks as a draft. You or your accountant check it, then send or mark it paid. The workshop and the books stay in step.
What actually syncs
The job you just finished is the invoice in accounts
You are not exporting a spreadsheet at the end of the week. When a job is invoiced in ManageMyGarage, a draft appears in Xero or QuickBooks with the same customer and the same lines.
Invoices
Completed jobs push through as drafts. You still approve them before they go out.
Customers
The customer on the job is the contact on the invoice. No second list to keep tidy.
VAT and lines
Labour, parts and MOT lines go across as you priced them, including VAT.
What does not auto-send
Nothing posts live to the customer from accounts software unless you send it. Drafts stay drafts until someone checks them.

For the office
Your accountant does not need a new system
They keep working in Xero or QuickBooks. Drafts arrive ready to review. If a line needs changing, they change it there. You keep running the garage in ManageMyGarage.
We set the connection up with you on the demo, including which Xero or QuickBooks organisation to use. You do not need your own IT person to get it talking.
