Why ManageMyGarage? The honest reasons we built this

Not another system dreamed up in an office. Here's why it exists, who it's actually for, and what it does differently.
It didn't start as software
ManageMyGarage started inside a working network of independent garages, not a whiteboard in an office. For 15+ years that network ran on the same problems every independent workshop knows: bookings missed because nobody could get to the phone, MOT customers who quietly never came back, invoices written twice, and a diary that lived in someone's head.
We built the system to fix our own garages first. Only once it had been stress-tested across a real network, over 85,000 customers and more than £21 million in bookings, did we open it up to other garage owners. It's opinionated because it was earned, not guessed at.
What actually breaks in most independent garages
It's rarely the mechanical work. It's the admin around it: a job written on paper, then typed into a diary, then re-typed into accounts software at night. A customer who had a great MOT and was never contacted again, so a competitor's reminder got there first. A booking page that looks like a rented platform instead of your garage.
None of that is a skill problem. It's a system problem, and it's the same system problem at almost every independent garage in the country, which is exactly why one piece of software can fix it for all of them.
What ManageMyGarage actually does differently
It runs the whole job in one place: bookings, the diary, pricing, invoicing and follow-up, so nothing gets written down twice. It's built to be used on a phone on the shop floor, not just from a desk in the office.
It automates the follow-up that gets forgotten under pressure, MOT and service reminders and review requests, by email, SMS or WhatsApp. It connects to Xero, QuickBooks or Sage so finished jobs become draft invoices automatically. And every garage gets its own branded booking page, so a customer booking online still feels like they've booked with you, not a shared platform.
Proven before you ever see it
This isn't version one. It's been running across a real network of independent garages for 15+ years, servicing over 85,000 customers and managing more than £21 million in bookings between them, which is a very different starting point to most new garage software.
We know no single system fits every workshop perfectly, which is why we still sit down with every new garage and set it up around how you actually work, rather than asking you to work around it.
See it against your own garage
The best way to know if it's right for you is to see it running against your own bookings and your own customer list, not a generic demo. Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial, no card charged until day 30, and no contract to sign if it's not for you.
